Building a hybrid AI financial reconciliation engine that fuses deterministic accounting logic with semantic vector-based AI to automate enterprise auditing — shipping as a commercial product.
- 01Architected a 12-use-case financial reconciliation pipeline — Excel/PDF ingestion, schema standardization, probabilistic matching, and human-in-the-loop approval workflow.
- 02Embedded 768-dimensional transaction vectors via a locally-run Ollama LLM (nomic-embed-text) and matched them with Cosine Similarity search via pgvector.
- 03Applied GoF design patterns (Strategy, Template Method, Repository/DAO, Adapter) across a fully Dockerized, multi-layer Java architecture.
